The emulsion of fish are derived primarily from processing waste of fish products for consumption
food, but also some varieties of tropical fish unsuitable for consumption of oily meat and prickly, fished for their high protein content.
These fish are cooked in the oven and pressed: liquids and oils are collected while the flesh and solid parts are reused in animal feed.
The "juice" obtained, said "stickwater" is more precious than oil and is sold to more than double the price of crude oil. The second step is to centrifuge the serum, which is foamed and boiled until it becomes thick and gummy solution that precisely fish emulsion. Read more ...

What exactly is Permaculture? In the words of Bill Mollison, one of the founders, "The Permaculture
coordinating the intrinsic qualities of plants and animals (including people) by combining with the natural features of shape and structure of the soil to create a productive use of land, but that requires little maintenance and uses the least possible surface. "This is in substance of a system design, a way of approaching the use of space, large or small, and apply it to a set of principles that are common to human and natural systems sustainable, to make the most of what area without depleting the environment that sustains it.
Permaculture is not anything new, after all it is just common sense, but unfortunately common sense is a rare commodity. Despite being born in Australia, it is not to apply common sense to an Australian Italian problem. Common sense exists in every culture and applies to any situation. On many occasions, my statements, made of Italian that I have asked for recommendations were endorsed by the phrase "Just as my grandfather said," and needless to say that his grandfather had been a farmer all his life. Different countries, different approaches.
After the French experience of Noucetta Kedhi let's take a look at the antipodes, where for a hobby is born a
small empire.
Joel Malcolm is a young Australian with a passion for gardening and permaculture, which is the integrated design process that results in a sustainable environment, balanced and aesthetic.
Less than ten years ago came up with a technique that combines simplicity and great productions, ensuring the needs of his family first, and then build a thriving business.
The wide open spaces and the characteristics of his country favors the spread of plants for the home-grown water-saving, and families willingly invest money and large sizes to get fresh and organic foods.

That's definitely something interesting: adaptable to any type and extent of crop, shows us another side of the plants.
Introduced in several exhibitions in Europe by General Hydroponics, has enjoyed great success both among visitors than among journalists in all countries, so that the images have made the rounds of TV and newspapers.
The contacts were numerous and the public has requested details on how to prepare a crop acquaponica at home.
From this experience comes this article, with the intent to explain to novices and enthusiasts something more about this technique.
What is acquaponica?

Following the last part of the overview of plant hormones and their functions.
Acid giasmonico
It is a ubiquitous element in the plant, which affects the development and growth but also on natural defense against fungus.
Oligo-saccharides
A group of substances discovered only ten years ago in the Complex Carbohydrate Research Center on Georgia's, whose name means little sugar.
It is in fact glucides formats from 2-8 monosaccharides, products by elements arising from the decomposition of cell walls (composed of polysaccharides such as cellulose and pectin) and combined between them.
The oligo-saccharides for the plant have the same importance in humans has insulin. Read more ...

As reported in the conclusions of the "World Water Forum", held recently in Mexico,
world population is growing at an alarming rate and is estimated to reach the threshold of the six billion by the end of the year 2050. Therefore, even the demand for food increases very quickly. Because food is enough to produce a quantity of water equal to seventy times that required for all other everyday uses, it is clear that reducing consumption of water in agriculture is a major goal of research in agronomy. In addition, drought, along with other factors such as cold and high salinity of the soil, is one of the abiotic stresses that limit the geographical distribution of most crop species and affecting the growth and productivity of plants.
A consequence, is of fundamental importance be able to grow plants even in soils that have generally disadvantageous characteristics. Read more ...

Plant hormones and those humans have some characteristics in common, but those plants are not produced by glands and are transported directly through the cell walls.
In the previous installment of our guide we spoke of auxin, a hormone better known, synthesized for the production of powders for rooting cuttings. Now we see the other types of hormones, no less important for the functions of the plant: Read more ...

Crops without soil
The farmer is defined in Article 2135 of the Civil Code (as amended by the "law on" Leg: May 18, 2001, n, 228), as one who carries out an activity with the cultivation of the soil, forestry, livestock farming and related activities to the previous year. For cultivation of the soil for forestry and livestock activities are directed to the care and development of a biological cycle or a necessary phase of the cycle, whether vegetable or animal, that use or may use the fund, the woodland or freshwater, brackish or marine. The introduction of the current legislation "... may use the bottom ..." means that the once inseparable bond between the farmer and the fund has now failed. Read more ...

The hormones of humans and animals are unique substances that cause reactions in older
small quantities and that are produced by special glands but have effect elsewhere in the body.
A prime example are the male and female sex hormones, called estrogen and androgen, or thyroid hormones: These substances not only affect our physical reactions, but also our social behavior and our thoughts.
Even plants have hormones, as we all found out by reading the product labels for rooting cuttings.

There are 10,493 samples of fruits and vegetables and dairy products analyzed in 2006 by the provincial or regional public workshops, an increase of analyzes of 13% more
previous year.
Also this year, is very different behavior of different regions from the number of analyzes and active inquiry, the Molise declaring not just perform the analysis.
The percentage of irregular samples (ie outside the law for exceeding the limits of concentration of chemical residue or unauthorized use of pesticides), remains unchanged (1.3%), while in absolute values, resulting in 17 samples in the most irregular last year. Even the samples with more than a residue are slightly lower compared to the percentages of the survey 2006. Read more ...
