Workshop MacroNatura

The staff of FRANCIACORTA PHOTO WORKSHOP is pleased to present the MACRONATURA Workshop held by the famous Manuel Presti, Roman photographer named best nature photographer in the world by the prestigious "Wildlife Photographer of the Year" published by the BBC (2005), and published on the most important Italian and international journals dedicated to the photography world including National Geographic, that will address the techniques and secrets of nature macrophotography.

The workshop will be held Saturday, May 22, 2010 in the gardens and collection of roses Quistini Castle, in the province of Brescia.

On the occasion of the splendid flowering of over 1500 varieties of roses, participants will have the opportunity to learn the techniques a great photographer.

The morning will address the following topics: fundamentals of macro photography, macro photography in the fundamentals of composition, know, understand and be able to exploit the characteristics of its objectives, innovative composition, targeted use of backlighting, exposure triad, use the LiveView, advanced use of stand, use of artificial light.

The afternoon viewing and comment of photographs taken by participants.

Now in its fourth edition, the event offers to all photo enthusiasts the opportunity to participate in workshops with leading Italian photographers.
Franciacorta Photo Workshop, founded in 2007 under the name of Rosae Photo Day by organizing photography workshops macronaturalistica, takes its current name in 2010 to underline the diversity of training proposal that has expanded in recent years and now spans many genres Photos.
Franciacorta Photo Workshop is a unique opportunity to know and learn techniques and secrets of professionals.
Venue is Quistini Castle, ancient home of 1500, along with the beautiful hills of Franciacorta and location will be the scene for several workshops.

Biography MANUEL PRESTI
Manuel Presti was born in Rome in 1967.
Nature photographer for over 25 years. His photographs are frequently published in books, calendars, Italian and international magazines such as National Geographic, Outside, Nature's Best, Land, NaturFoto, zoom, Heron, Focus, TuttiFotografi well as of many newspapers.
Manuel Presti 'was voted best nature photographer in the world by the prestigious "Wildlife Photographer of the Year" published by the BBC (2005), which was attended by over 17000 images sent from around the world.
His photographs have been awarded to other international competitions such as: "Glanzlichter" (Germany, 2004 and 2005), "European Photographer of the Year" published by the GDT (Germany, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007) and "Nature's Best" (USA, 2004).
Draws a testimonial of two advertising campaigns for Canon appeared in magazines and television.
Undertake frequent trips to Europe, Africa, North America and Brazil, from which comes back with images of animals, landscapes and natural details that are internationally recognized for their strong graphic impact, aesthetics and composition.
